Having recently joined WFBA (2017) Philip is an experienced innovative & proactive Hydraulic Modeller and a wide ranging Civil Engineering background with sophisticated technical, customer service and business administration skills. Philip has a full working knowledge of WinDES, Hydroworks & Infoworks, AutoCAD Civil 3D and AutoCAD Map 3D.

As an articulate, confident and persuasive team-builder, Philip is able to motivate and communicate with the team to achieve exceptional business performance. Dependable and reliable in supporting and enabling team effort to produce genuine long-term sustainable development, persistent and flexible approach to the mutually beneficial achievement of business plans and personal goals of staff, suppliers and clients alike make him a valuable asset.

Philip has worked on major highway projects in Ireland and the UK, light rail in Dublin and airport projects such as Heathrow MSCP 2 and Dublin Terminal 2. Redevelopment of brown field sites for major residential infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities

Philip is responsible for the Infrastructure team, ensuring the drainage and highways design for residential, industrial & commercial projects are delivered within budget, on time and the correct solution for the client.
