Consultant Civil Engineer

Paul has been a practicing Civil Engineer for in excess of 40 years, with a wide range of experience from civil and marine infrastructure to waste management and reprocessing of waste materials, wastewater treatments and waste to energy reprocessing. Along the way, he has worked on new build and renovation projects in industrial, commercial, leisure, healthcare and educational sectors. A consistent element of Paul’s involvement has been the ability to work within a team environment both as a leader and participant as required by the project.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a principal consultant to WFBA, Paul’s primary role is to manage the successful delivery of the project, with collaboration and commercial innovation to satisfy the client's brief.

Relevant Project Experience

100 Berth Marina, Gibraltar

The Sulphur reprocessing at ABP Southampton which involved project collaboration with the subcontractor Canadian plant designer/supplier.

A further small but interesting project was a closed system wastewater processing plant for the bulk cleaning of portable toilet units provided for temporary events ranging from building sites to rock festivals. The only waste was compacted solid waste blocks.

Other projects include automotive plants and other production lines.
